In exchange, eCB collects a portion of the revenue to maintain, optimize, and improve the website and our network. | 1. Apply for a Territory and Sign Confidentiality Agreement
2. Application Review and Phone Interview
After we receive the completed application, our territory development director will contact you by phone to discuss preliminary questions and review the feasibility of a long-term business partnership. A personal meeting may be scheduled at this time.
At this interview, you will learn about our territory program and the support we offer (such as website administrator role, sales training, marketing, etc.). We will discuss your responsibilities to the agreement and your personal qualifications and business objectives. You will also be invited to contact any of our current territory representatives to learn more about owning and operating a eContractorBids.com territory.
3. First Personal Meeting -Discovery Day
After you review the agreement, had the opportunity to discuss our system with existing eContractorBids.com territory representatives, and you wish to move ahead, you will be asked to participate in a Discovery Day. During this time we will complete background and credit checks to verify all submitted information on your application.
Discovery Day is by invitation only and is held at the eContractorBids.com corporate office in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Discovery Day at eContractorBids.com is a fully packed day where you can get an inside look at our company. The day is designed to provide the necessary framework you will need to make an informed decision about partnering with eContractorBids.com.
The day starts off with a general introduction of our staff and a tour of our operations. Next is a formal interview with our board of directors where we look for key characteristics that are vital to our success. We will then proceed with an interactive tour of our website and walk through the eContractorBids.com territory business operations guide. Once your territory is defined, the terms have been negotiated, and all appropriate paperwork has been submitted, you will then enter into a eContractorBids.com Territory Representation Agreement. It is only after you have signed a eContractorBids.com Territory Representation Agreement that you become a eContractorBids.com authorized representative.
5. Training
Shortly after you sign the eContractorBids.com Territory Representation Agreement you will be mailed the website manual, territory best-practices guide, and given access to your territory’s website. You and/or your operating partner are scheduled for a 8 session training program, which involves extensive website training, sales training, problem resolution, strategic introduction planning, and consumer interaction training. Support and additional training are scheduled as needed with weekly conference calls for ongoing support.
6. Complete Territory Start Up Items and Open for Business
After successfully completing your training and completing the territory startup items, you will begin building your membership database and working with local contractors and consumers. |
