Shine It Up

Out with the old and in with the new. It’s a common phrase said among some of these posts previously as well. But make sure what you’re throwing out really is old and pas it prime and doesn’t just need a little bit of help to bring it back to its days of glory. For examples, old wooden furniture full of its nicks and scratches can be sanded, smoothed and slapped with a new coat of paint to leave it looking brand new. Ask yourself if something can be fixed or improved with simply some fresh paint and a new shine, or is it really a lost cause? Unfortunately money doesn’t grow on trees, so upgrade when possible, but add a little elbow grease into the mix and modernize many of the pieces you currently have in order to adapt them to you always changing imagination.
